Syracuse, NY — On Monday I started my year long journey through journalism school. So far, here’s some of the highlights:
- Syracuse gave all incoming graduate students a free 8gb iPod Touch
- My apartment is 1.5 miles from campus. My “on campus” parking spot is 1.6 miles from campus.
- The $10 George Forman from Wal-Mart works.
- I am back on Facebook. I am now on Twitter. Has anyone checked if hell’s frozen over?
I hope to find, or purchase, a photo scanner so I can keep posting some righteous Polaroids. Keep your fingers crossed.
I’m going to get back to working on my Syracuse Search assignment. The 30 Rock episode “Larry King” is on TV. This is truly one of the best episode of the series. Here’s a quote from Tracy Jordan (played by Tracy Morgan),
I’m saying the Disneyfication of New York is over, everyone. At the stroke of midnight, your Lexus is going to turn back into a hot pile of rats fighting over a human finger.
