Syracuse, NY — Last Saturday Mr. Otero and I grabbed dinner in Armory Square. The only parking spot we could find was right in front of a mail box. Coincidently, I had some letters to mail out. When I went to open the trap I saw a plastic vodka flask sitting neatly on the box. Mr. Otero couldn’t resist.
